Shipping Policy

We provides FREE SHIPPING on all orders OVER $100!

We process orders between Monday and Friday (with the exceptions of Holidays). Orders will be processed within 2 to 5 Working days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.

Please note we DO NOT ship to PO boxes.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps. Order signature services from the purchaser upon receipt can be requested at checkout.

The Delivery takes 7-15 WORKING DAYS after the order is processed and shipped.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Gemjewlr does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.

Tracking

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check the status of your package.

Customs and duties

Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions.

Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.
