How to return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For returns or exchanges, please email us at service@gemjewlr.com to obtain a return form,If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not attempt to return any item without our approval and correct return address..If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
– Items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

How long will my refund take?

It can take up to 14 days to process your refund, once we have done so it can take your bank between 1 and 30 days to action your refund.
