Stainless Steel Paperchip Chain Initial Necklace

We want every order to arrive in good condition and to make things easy if there’s ever an issue.

Please check your order after delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos.

For approved claims, we can usually include replacement items with your next order. If you’d rather not wait for a replacement, or if a replacement isn’t practical, we can also arrange a refund for the affected item(s).

For non-defective returns, items should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help with the return process.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
